character of tungsten sputtering target:
1. High purity. After sintering & forging, tungsten sputtering target purity would be better than 99.95%. Normally the better density is, the better electrical property for the coated film. And thus more stable circuit.
2. Reasonable costs.powder metallurgy way makes tungsten sputtering target easier to get. It shorts the production time and reduce the cost. And the structure is even.
3. High density. After sintering & forging, the density of the tungsten target could be as high as 19.1g/cm³
4. Tungsten target has good thermochemical stability and is not prone to volume expansion or contraction, chemical reactions with other substances, ect.
5. low electric resistance, does not cause the circuit to generate unnecessary energy.
In additional, tungsten sputtering target has many characters like high melting point, high elasticity, low expansion coefficient, low vapor pressure, non-toxic and non-radioactive.
Tungsten target is widely used in flat panel displays, solar cells, integrated circuits, automotive glass, mocroelectronics, memory, X-ray tubes, medical equipment, smelting equipment and other products.
Note: the purity, density, inner quality, microsturcture, welding quality, surface quality and dimension of the target are effecting the quality of sputtering.
At first we will make sure that we got all customer's requirements clear. Then place order to production department and inspection department. Each production process will test themselves if everything is right. And before shipping, all products will pass the packing department only after inspection department inspected that the products meet customer's requirements. If not, the products will go back to production department for fixing or remaking.
For production, normally our lead time is 20-30 days. But according to different products and different quantity, it changes a little. If your order is emergency, contact with us, we will find a way out to solve your problem. For shipping, normally we ship by express and air. Express takes about 7-10 days, and air 3-5 days. And if customer requires by sea, we will ship by sea, it takes normally 40-50 days.
All our products are shipped after strict inspection and safety packing. Inspection by each production process makes sure the quality is good. And the inspection department will inspect again carefully to make sure everything is right. But if quality issue really occurs, we are sorry, and we will be responsible. To fix the products or remake them, we will make everything right.
In order to keep our healthy cooperation, our payment term normally is 50% payment in advance, balance paid before shipping. And if customer needs, we will calculate the shipping cost for your reference.
