Tungsten boat is also called tungsten evaporation boat or coating boat. It is shaped by punching tungsten sheet when they are heated with designed mould. We could design different mould according to customer’s requirements or sample.
Tungsten boat has good electric conductivity, thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance and good corrosion resistance ect. It is widely used in vacuum coating industry like gold coating, sinter furnace sintering or vacuum anneal industry.
Under ideal condition, tungsten boat would be connected at both ends with electric wire, the middle of the boat body loads film material. After electric get through, the temperature goes up to around 2000℃, the film material will evaporate and cover on the surface of the workpiece.
Our tungsten boat could be alkaline washed surface or bright polished surface.

Above are standard normal tungsten boat mould. 102# & 112# is very popular in gold coating. It has higher surface requirments.

At first we will make sure that we got all customer's requirements clear. Then place order to production department and inspection department. Each production process will test themselves if everything is right. And before shipping, all products will pass the packing department only after inspection department inspected that the products meet customer's requirements. If not, the products will go back to production department for fixing or remaking.
For production, normally our lead time is 20-30 days. But according to different products and different quantity, it changes a little. If your order is emergency, contact with us, we will find a way out to solve your problem. For shipping, normally we ship by express and air. Express takes about 7-10 days, and air 3-5 days. And if customer requires by sea, we will ship by sea, it takes normally 40-50 days.
All our products are shipped after strict inspection and safety packing. Inspection by each production process makes sure the quality is good. And the inspection department will inspect again carefully to make sure everything is right. But if quality issue really occurs, we are sorry, and we will be responsible. To fix the products or remake them, we will make everything right.
In order to keep our healthy cooperation, our payment term normally is 50% payment in advance, balance paid before shipping. And if customer needs, we will calculate the shipping cost for your reference.
