Introduction to Tungsten Sheet Products:

Tungsten sheets represent the pinnacle of high-density metal engineering solutions, offering unmatched performance in extreme environments. Tungsten plate is made by rolling. We collect pure tungsten powder into designed plastic mould. Sintering the mould in sintering furnace after isostatic cool pressing. And then, rolling the sintered tungsten plate blank to required dimension. 

Tungsten plate rolling is not as easy as we think. We must pay attention to the tempure for different thickness of tungsten sheet, or the tungsten sheet plate would be easy to be layered. Our tungsten plates are rolled by cross rolling, heat treatment for tungsten plates is also necessary, this will make Tungsten plate with good toughness.

As the basic material, after punching of thin tungsten plate, we will get tungsten boat for evaporation; after grinding, we will get sputtering target; after machining, we will get tungsten cathode or tungsten ion implant part. Tungsten plate is also used as heat shielding in sapphire crystal furnace & vacuum furnace or single crystal furnace; basic plate for LED; high temperature part for MOCVD; collimator blade for CT in medical industry.

  • How will you guarantee your quality?

    At first we will make sure that we got all customer's requirements clear. Then place order to production department and inspection department. Each production process will test themselves if everything is right. And before shipping, all products will pass the packing department only after inspection department inspected that the products meet customer's requirements. If not, the products will go back to production department for fixing or remaking.

  • What's the lead time? Do you accept emergency order?

    For production, normally our lead time is 20-30 days. But according to different products and different quantity, it changes a little. If your order is emergency, contact with us, we will find a way out to solve your problem. For shipping, normally we ship by express and air. Express takes about 7-10 days, and air 3-5 days. And if customer requires by sea, we will ship by sea, it takes normally 40-50 days.

  • what if the products have quality issue?

    All our products are shipped after strict inspection and safety packing. Inspection by each production process makes sure the quality is good. And the inspection department will inspect again carefully to make sure everything is right. But if quality issue really occurs, we are sorry, and we will be responsible. To fix the products or remake them, we will make everything right.

  • what's the payment term?

    In order to keep our healthy cooperation, our payment term normally is 50% payment in advance, balance paid before shipping. And if customer needs, we will calculate the shipping cost for your reference.
