Tungsten heavy alloy is made according to ASTM B777-2007. There are 4 grades: 90%W (90WNiFe/Cu), 92.5%W (92.5WNiFe/Cu), 95%W (95WNiFe/Cu) and 97%W (97WNiFe/Cu).
For military: tungsten plate weights is widely used in military area related to shooting or weight balancing because of its high density and high strength.
For energy: WNiFe alloy is used as weight balancing part for wind turbine blades.
For nuclear: tungsten alloy sheet is used to make radiation reflection part to protect our safty.
For aerospace: tungsten heavy alloy sheet could be used to produce support part for the undercarriage, aero-engine, it makes the airplane more safe.
For electrical: tungsten alloy plate with high density and electromagnetic property would be used as the support part of electrical products, reflection part of electromagnetic wave.
For medical: WNiFe plate are used as the radiation reflection and collimator to protect people from refection harm. Tungsten heavy alloy plate is also used as the weight balancing part and support to improve the machine stability and safty.
Tungsten weight plates is also used as decoration part. For beautiful apperance, we could coat the tungsten weight plates with gold.
At first we will make sure that we got all customer's requirements clear. Then place order to production department and inspection department. Each production process will test themselves if everything is right. And before shipping, all products will pass the packing department only after inspection department inspected that the products meet customer's requirements. If not, the products will go back to production department for fixing or remaking.
For production, normally our lead time is 20-30 days. But according to different products and different quantity, it changes a little. If your order is emergency, contact with us, we will find a way out to solve your problem. For shipping, normally we ship by express and air. Express takes about 7-10 days, and air 3-5 days. And if customer requires by sea, we will ship by sea, it takes normally 40-50 days.
All our products are shipped after strict inspection and safety packing. Inspection by each production process makes sure the quality is good. And the inspection department will inspect again carefully to make sure everything is right. But if quality issue really occurs, we are sorry, and we will be responsible. To fix the products or remake them, we will make everything right.
In order to keep our healthy cooperation, our payment term normally is 50% payment in advance, balance paid before shipping. And if customer needs, we will calculate the shipping cost for your reference.
