Tungsten heavy alloy is tungsten based alloy (tungsten content 80%-90%), doped with little Ni, Fe, Cu, Co,Mo,Cr elements. The density of tungsten heavy alloy could be as high as 15.2-18.7 g/cm³. The main content of tungsten heavy alloy bar are divided into two groups: W-Ni-Fe alloy and W-Ni-Cu alloys. Tungsten heavy alloy is made by mixing pure tungsten powder with pure nickel powder and pure copper or iron powder, and then sintering after CIP. If it is necessary, we will use HIP to help.
Tungsten heavy alloy has high density, high strength, high hardness and good ductility, electric conductivity and thermal conductivity. All these good property makes tungsten heavy alloy a wide range of application, such as weight balancing, radiation reflection ect.

At first we will make sure that we got all customer's requirements clear. Then place order to production department and inspection department. Each production process will test themselves if everything is right. And before shipping, all products will pass the packing department only after inspection department inspected that the products meet customer's requirements. If not, the products will go back to production department for fixing or remaking.
For production, normally our lead time is 20-30 days. But according to different products and different quantity, it changes a little. If your order is emergency, contact with us, we will find a way out to solve your problem. For shipping, normally we ship by express and air. Express takes about 7-10 days, and air 3-5 days. And if customer requires by sea, we will ship by sea, it takes normally 40-50 days.
All our products are shipped after strict inspection and safety packing. Inspection by each production process makes sure the quality is good. And the inspection department will inspect again carefully to make sure everything is right. But if quality issue really occurs, we are sorry, and we will be responsible. To fix the products or remake them, we will make everything right.
In order to keep our healthy cooperation, our payment term normally is 50% payment in advance, balance paid before shipping. And if customer needs, we will calculate the shipping cost for your reference.
