Molybdenum rod is made by same process of tungsten rod. We collect pure molybdenum powder into designed rubber mould. Sintering the mould in sintering furnace after isostatic cool pressing. And then, forging the sintered molybdenum rod to required diameter. The forging process is not only to make required diameter, but also to make the molybdenum bar with higher density.
Molybdenum bar has high melting point, good thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion properties.
These make molybdenum bar is appropriate to be used to manufacture electric vacuum device and electric light sourc.
It can also be used to used as high temperature heating element or other high temperature parts, electrodes.
In glass and refractory fiber industry, molybdenum rod bar is used as electrodes, working even at 1300℃ glass melt with long service life.
Molybdenum rod is also used as the electrodes in rare earth industry, and manufacturing as the ion implant part.
If your molybdenum part is slightly oxidized, you could use a cleaning agent with added abrasives, wipe it with a soft cloth or sponge, and then wash it with warm water.
At first we will make sure that we got all customer's requirements clear. Then place order to production department and inspection department. Each production process will test themselves if everything is right. And before shipping, all products will pass the packing department only after inspection department inspected that the products meet customer's requirements. If not, the products will go back to production department for fixing or remaking.
For production, normally our lead time is 20-30 days. But according to different products and different quantity, it changes a little. If your order is emergency, contact with us, we will find a way out to solve your problem. For shipping, normally we ship by express and air. Express takes about 7-10 days, and air 3-5 days. And if customer requires by sea, we will ship by sea, it takes normally 40-50 days.
All our products are shipped after strict inspection and safety packing. Inspection by each production process makes sure the quality is good. And the inspection department will inspect again carefully to make sure everything is right. But if quality issue really occurs, we are sorry, and we will be responsible. To fix the products or remake them, we will make everything right.
In order to keep our healthy cooperation, our payment term normally is 50% payment in advance, balance paid before shipping. And if customer needs, we will calculate the shipping cost for your reference.
