For molybdenum plate production, we buy high purity molybdenum powder, press by isostatic cool pressing after shaped powder into designed mould, and then sintering. For molybdenum rods, we will forge them to required diameter, and for the molybdenum plate, we will roll the thick plate step by step to the required thickness.
Molybdenum sheet are ≥0.1mm thickness, the thin sheets are by cold roll, surface is bright and flat. For thicker thickness like above 5mm, we will heat the sheet when rolling, or molybdenum sheet plate cracks.
Molybdenum foil are with super thin thickness, we could roll even 0.02mm molybdenum foil.
Normally the molybdenum foil are packed as roll, 5kg/roll or 10kg/roll ect.
But if customer want them in pieces, we will cut the molybdenum foil roll into required dimension.
For thin molybdenum foil or molybdenum sheet, the surface are shinny bright after cold rolled.
At first we will make sure that we got all customer's requirements clear. Then place order to production department and inspection department. Each production process will test themselves if everything is right. And before shipping, all products will pass the packing department only after inspection department inspected that the products meet customer's requirements. If not, the products will go back to production department for fixing or remaking.
For production, normally our lead time is 20-30 days. But according to different products and different quantity, it changes a little. If your order is emergency, contact with us, we will find a way out to solve your problem. For shipping, normally we ship by express and air. Express takes about 7-10 days, and air 3-5 days. And if customer requires by sea, we will ship by sea, it takes normally 40-50 days.
All our products are shipped after strict inspection and safety packing. Inspection by each production process makes sure the quality is good. And the inspection department will inspect again carefully to make sure everything is right. But if quality issue really occurs, we are sorry, and we will be responsible. To fix the products or remake them, we will make everything right.
In order to keep our healthy cooperation, our payment term normally is 50% payment in advance, balance paid before shipping. And if customer needs, we will calculate the shipping cost for your reference.
