I. Product Overview
Tungsten and molybdenum heat insulation screens and heating elements are core components of vacuum high-temperature furnaces, specifically designed for extreme high temperatures (1800°C to 2800°C), high vacuum or inert gas environments. Made from high-purity tungsten (W) and molybdenum (Mo) materials through precise processing techniques, they feature excellent high-temperature stability, thermal shock resistance, and low vapor pressure, and are widely used in high-end material heat treatment, semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace, and other fields.
II. Technical Parameters
1. Tungsten and Molybdenum Insulation Screen
Material Composition: W (purity ≥ 99.95%), Mo (purity ≥ 99.9%). Customizable laminated or composite structures are available.
Working temperature: ≤ 2200℃ (long-term stable), short-term peak can reach up to 2500℃.
Density: ≥18.5 g/cm³ (tungsten layer), ≥10.2 g/cm³ (molybdenum layer).
Thermal conductivity: Low heat conduction design effectively reduces heat loss (measured thermal efficiency increase ≥ 30%).
Specification: Customization is supported. Common sizes range from Φ200mm to Φ1500mm, and thicknesses range from 0.5mm to 3mm.
2. Tungsten-molybdenum heating element
Material composition: W/Mo alloy or pure tungsten wire (optional), surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm.
Working temperature: ≤ 2800℃ (in vacuum environment), resistance stability deviation ≤ ± 2%.
Resistance value: Customizable (conventional range: 0.1 - 10Ω).
Service life: ≥ 2000 hours (under 1800℃ conditions), with excellent resistance to deformation and creep.
Structural forms: spiral wire, U-shaped rods, mesh structures, etc., suitable for vertical/horizontal furnace types.
III. Core Advantages

This molybdenum heat shielding is for our Korea customer. It is a full inner furnace set, including molybdenum heat shielding, tungsten heater, molybdenum hook, molybdenum support rod, and molybdenum base plate.
